EcoAthletes Collegiate Cup
Starting March 9, OSU is competing in the EcoAthletes Collegiate Cup, a six-week movement challenge leading up to Earth Day (April 22) against 46 schools across the U.S. and Canada. Every minute of activity counts (walking to class, biking, lifting, running, and more). Sponsored by Protect Where We Play, the challenge removes ½ pound of ocean plastic for every participant who signs up, plus an additional pound for every 10 hours logged. Anyone can join(students, community members, family, and friends across the country)! Download the Climategames app, create a free account, select “Collegiate Cup 2026 with Protect Where We Play” from the list of climate events, and join Oregon State University. Go Beavs!
Beyond Earth Day 2026!
2026 Beyond Earth Day will run from April 13 to April 30. Each year, BED highlights programs that explore the interconnected health of our environment, economy, and society. Events focus on topics like ecosystems, climate justice, health and wellness, equitable economies, and community care, all grounded in the belief that justice for people, animals, and the planet is deeply connected.
Visit the Community Fair to meet on and off-campus groups on April 21 in the SEC Plaza, from 11:30 am - 3 pm.
